I’m Sally, a psychotherapist helping people untangle the parts of life that feel confusing, painful or stuck. Together, we work toward deeper connection, greater confidence, and a strong sense of ease within yourself and in your relationships.

Whether you’re navigating heartbreak, feeling stuck in a season of waiting, craving change or questioning where life is headed, you’re in the right place. The chapters we live, singleness, marriage, divorce, parenthood, getting older or longing for something that hasn’t yet come, can bring up complex emotions and big questions. And when this happens what we need most, is someone who gets it.

That’s why I called my practice Something In Common – because we’ve all been through life. None of us make it through without heartache, hope and everything in between. With both lived experience and professional training, I bring empathy and clarity to the work we do together, supporting you as you make sense of where you’ve been, and choose where you’re going next.

In as little as five sessions, I’ve helped people overcome addiction, manage anxiety, take control of their weight, and create meaningful changes in their lives. Knowledge matters, but it’s applied knowledge that transforms.
I don’t offer traditional talk therapy that dissects your past. My work is forward focused. You can arrive with trauma, labels or long held struggles  but we won’t stay stuck there. We work beyond the problem to build what’s next.
My treatment plans are brief, and results driven. Most clients achieve their goals within three months or less. This is a collaborative process, your commitment and my strategic approach combine to create real, lasting change.
Note: Some cases of addiction, weight management & PTSD may require more extended support. We’ll discuss this during your initial consultation.

A support package for couples or family members wanting to strengthen connection, resolve challenges, or shift long-standing patterns without the open-ended commitment.
