Clinical Hypnosis is not a therapy, it is the vehicle used to identify current unhelpful behavioural and thinking patterns. Hypnosis is used to dissociate a person from trauma, addiction, habit and life experiences. It replaces old processes and delivers a new positive pathway in a therapeutic manner that allows a person to move forward in life without limitation, and unprocessed emotional pain. Hypnosis can be used to stop smoking, weight management, detach from trauma or traumatic experiences including relationship break ups, end phobias and gain back your self control.
Strategic Psychotherapy is a brief therapy that is goal driven and outcome based. Combined with Clinical hypnosis, coaching and other modalities, it sets a foundation for developing new skills, reactions and responses that have previously limited a person keeping them stuck in a cycle of dealing with the same problems over and over without making any kind of lasting change.
